I want to make a portable system?

as I have a laser mouse (do), things of networks (any), not a mini laptop (not have IT), light laptop LCD (not available), and a roll up rubber keyboard (do not) so that everything can fit in a backpack or laptop bag and connect at any place or on the network and help people on the go. Ideas? NO websites where I can get it, brands, and as cheap as possible (they want to keep it few hundred dollars or less)

find out how to make the scroll keys to connect to the IA, telephone etc., connect to a server offline for store data and save the trouble. by the way the kb is still in beta:)
