New Graphic Tablet?

Hey ~ I've been using my Wacom tablet Graphire3 6×8 about 2 years (I think) and finally decided to go capoot. I've had my uncle (who works on computers) to fix it before free (Aparently I had a little before), but I feel like mooching off him anymore, and I think it is Time to get a new one. I've been very happy with my tablet. I really want a board where you can draw directly on the screen, but the cheapest I've seen is the Cintiq, which is still expensive for me. I have trouble buying off eBay ~ I need a suggestion of a decent tablet (Wacom is preferable), which might well for less than $ 150 on ebay, and it works fine with Photoshop, Flash, and painter. If anyone has any other ideas of tablets directly on the screen that are cheaper than the Cintiq, would be willing to spend a lot more than I would with any other tablet for ~ ~ Thanks in advance
